Are the prices the same online and in store?

Yes. The prices online are always the same as in store, but occasionally we will have some items only available for sale in store.

Can I reserve items for pick-up in store?

Yes. Please chose the appropriate option at check out. You will receive an email when the order is ready for pick-up

Can I return an order?

Yes. Uniquely for Estonia we offer 30 day full return for unused items, both for online and store purchases. See our terms and conditions

Are all items in stock?

Yes, for the majority of products this is the case. If a product is marked as in stock we have at least 3 units in stock. If we have less in stock the exact number is mentioned.

Certain items are marked as “Back order”, which means that either the product is coming into stock very soon or for some larger items, it will be ordered from our supplier when you place the order. Usually deliver can be completed in about a week, but contact customer service if you have questions regarding delivery times.

How quickly will you ship

In most cases we will be able to ship the same day if the order was made inside regular business hours.

Can I track my order

Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package has been registered for shipping. In some cases it can take a few hours for the tracking number to function correctly on the shipping providers website. If you set up an account on our website you can also find the tracking number in your order details.

Can I order without VAT from outside the EU

Yes. Choose the International Delivery option at check-out. We will send you an invoice with the full amount excluding VAT and including the specific shipping costs. This can be paid via PayPal (all major credit cards) or by bank transfer
