FAQ

You automatically receive points online if you are logged in to your account. If you want to collect points in store you need to give your details to the shop assistant on your first purchase. Make sure to use the same email address online and in store.

If you already signed up in store and now want to create an account so you can see how many points you have and unused codes you might have, then you need to got to “Log in”, click “Lost your password?“, enter the email adress you used when signing up in store and click “Reset Password”. A link to reset the password and complete the signup will then be sent to you by email.

Members receive 100 points for every 20€ they spend in the shop or online, excluding shipping costs. Purchases paid for by a gift card do not qualify for points, but purchasing a gift card does.

Don’t worry, even small purchases will result in fractions of points being added, a 2.65€ purchase will for example result in 13 points being credited to your account.

In store: Mention to the sales assistant that you are a Designnut and she will add your details to the ticket. She can find you by name, email or phone number, if you provided a number when you signed up.

Online: Make sure to log in when making a purchase. Points will then be added to your online account automatically when goods are shipped.

You can find your current points total on your account pages. In shop purchases are not updated instantly and will be added latest at the end of each month.

Whenever your account reaches 500 points you will be sent a 5€ gift card code by email. You will get several 5€ codes in separate emails if you are entitled to a total of 10€ or more. Keep in mind that store purchases will be added at the end of the month while online purchases are added when orders are completed. The gift card code can be used online or in the shop, but can not be used to cover shipping costs. The code is valid for 6 months.

Already issued gift card codes that are still vallid can be found in the coupons section of the “My Account” area, and also on the check out page when making an order.

Designnut has the right to change or cancel this program at any point, however already issued gift codes will remain valid. If no activity has been registered on the account for 24 months, the points total will be set to 0. If you make a refund of a purchase any points earned on the original purchase will also be deducted. Codes issued based on these purchases can also be revoked and the points returned to your account.

From time to time we might send out a newsletter or special offers to members. These emails you can opt out of by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. You will still remain a member and earn points.
